Shepton Mallet is playing host to some of the most innovative and exciting new digital art coming out of the South West – and you can get involved...

Shepton Mallet Digital Arts Festival is a community arts project celebrating and showcasing Shepton and
the South West’s creativity in digital media. A week long festival will begin on 26 October and will include a showcase event at The Academy Theatre, as well as a series of online events and workshops in and around Shepton, giving you the chance to work with some of the country's finest film, video and arts practitioners.

There’s also the opportunity to get your work showcased at the festival through our digital media competition. Entries are invited from all ages and in any field of digital media, from people living, studying or working in the Shepton Mallet, Bath, Bristol and Somerset areas.

A panel of leading digital media figures will be selecting the winners, who will get their work exhibited at The Academy Theatre, Shepton Mallet, and on our website during the festival.
