For this Bridgwater Repair Cafe we will be joined by Fixy, who will be running a Tech Amnesty from their Fixy van, which will be located outside The Engine Room.
The Fixy project promotes reuse, repair and recycling throughout Somerset using ‘Fixy’ their large promotional van.
Bring your broken everyday household items and our volunteers will do everything they can to help you repair it! If you’ve got a wobbly stool, if your favourite lamp is on the blink, if your buggy wheels are squiffy, or if your bicycle needs basic care we’ve got friendly fixers who’ll do their best for you while you wait.
Repairs are free though there may be a small cost for materials. Donations appreciated!
