For the past seven months, renowned film and TV stills photographer Joss Barratt has been capturing the characters, communities and locations that bring the traditional sport of Skittles to life in Bridgwater. These images reveal the joy, camaraderie and trust at the heart of this competitive pursuit - qualities that make it both essential to Bridgwater and quintessentially Somerset.

This is a free screening for primary school pupils as part of the national Into Film Festival.
When a faithful police dog and his human police officer owner are injured together on the job, a wacky but life-saving surgery fuses the two of them together and Dog Man is born.

Somerset Yarning is a beautifully crafted short film by artist Trevor Pitt, that offers a quiet, meditative portrait of rural life and skilled craftsmanship in Somerset. Commissioned by Somerset Art Works and South West Heritage Trust, this evocative film immerses audiences in the sensory world of sheep farming and fleece preparation, telling stories of tradition, care, and connection to the land.
