Join us for our next Creative Network with guest speaker Edie Evans, whose practice works across sculpture, installation and ecology, grounded in tactile, sensory-led processes that explore materiality, landscape and embodied making.

Edie is this year's Somerset Film Artist in Residence, and during the residency has developed Soft Ground: Accessible Landscapes Through Digital Translation. The new exhibition, Soft Ground, explores how physical materials, sound and digital processes can come together through interaction and touch — presented as part of Somerset Art Weeks 2026.

Edie will discuss the creative process behind this exploration and her experimentation with new technologies during the residency.
